Swara Vidya by Conscious Living Solutions

Read the breath.
Time the life.

Swara Yoga is the classical science of the breath — the alternating flow of the lunar and solar channels, and what it reveals about body, mind and moment. Study it from first observation to teaching mastery.

A brief introduction

Meet the practice

A short film on Swara Vidyā — the science of the breath, and how we study it together.

What is Swara Yoga?

Every 45 to 65 minutes, your breath quietly shifts its dominant nostril. That rhythm — swara — is a living instrument. The tantric and yogic traditions read it to understand the elements moving through us, to steady the mind, and to act in harmony with time.

This course draws directly on the classical sources — the Shiva Svarodaya and the Swara Chintāmaṇi — and translates them into a grounded, observable daily practice. No belief required; only attention.

Questions

No. Level 1 assumes nothing but curiosity and a willingness to observe your own breath. If you already have a practice, it will deepen it; if you don't, this is a gentle and complete place to start.

Yes. Each level rests on the one before it — Ida steadies the ground, Piṅgalā puts it to work, Suṣumnā integrates and prepares you to teach. Level 1 is the prerequisite for everything that follows.

It comes from the tantric and yogic traditions, but the practice itself is observational and experiential. You are invited to test everything against your own experience rather than to believe anything.

The classical texts include predictive material. We study it faithfully but with care — as a contemplative discipline, held ethically and without sensationalism.

Yes. Sessions run live online alongside the in-person cohort, so you can train from anywhere in the UAE or beyond.
